HKM provides 3D printing, robotics components, and custom design and manufacturing services. Product images, designs, and previews shown on this website are for illustration; final products may vary slightly due to materials and manufacturing processes.

3. Orders & Quotes

Orders and quotes are initiated through WhatsApp or our custom orders tool. A quote becomes a confirmed order only once we have agreed the specifications, price, and payment terms with you. We reserve the right to decline any order.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted per order based on the design, materials, and quantity requested. All prices and payment arrangements are confirmed before production begins. Prices on the website are indicative and subject to change.

5. Custom & Personalised Items

Custom and personalised items are produced specifically for you. Because of this, such items are generally non-refundable once production has started, except where the item is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and designs — is the property of HKM and may not be copied or reused without permission. You are responsible for ensuring that any design or content you submit for production does not infringe the rights of others.

7. Limitation of Liability

HKM is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.
